For those than want or need the latest kernel, here it is for stretch, testing and sid repos.

Available in amd64, 686-pae and 486 flavours

For those that want to try it out, you need to add dev to /etc/apt/sources.list.d/antix.list like this

deb http://repo.antixlinux.com/stretch stretch main nosystemd dev

antiX has been around since 2007 and this is the first time we have posted a request for funds.

Why? – Well our infrastructure has changed.

We now have our own web site and forum that has to be paid for. Previously we used free hosting.
Our server needed repairing.
Devs need equipment to test and build on.

Latest versions (27.9.0)of the popular and lightweight palemoon browser is now available in the antiX repos.

Finally managed to build a testing/sid version of network-manager free from systemd.
It seems to be working ok.

I have made available for those using antiX-16 series a meltdown/spectre patched 4.4.125 kernel.
Versions 486, 686-pae and 64 bit.
