Good to hear. When the Dlink card comes in. You will need to reconfigure wireless again if you decide to use it.

I use Wicd instead of Ceni as it is easier for me when I run the ifconfig -a command to see the new wlan1 after a pcmcia card change and then in wicd I change wireless interface preferences from wlan0 to wlan1 and hit the refresh button in WICD toolbar to see my router and connect.

If you decide to not use it. Ignore my above statement.

The Dlink card is good for another Linux Install on another Laptop. I keep a few good pcmcia cards in a drawer.
It don't break the bank for me.

Just another out of the box pcmcia card I use is

Thanks so much for the recommendation. I got tired of the dual boot and having to start w2k, then restart into Antix, so I wiped my laptop drive and installed Antix MX-14 and the D-link adapter worked right out of the box as you said. The adapter has worked flawlessly.
