That worked. I did some testing inbetween posts. Did a reboot. Drive does not lock up till I mount it via antixcc.anticapitalista wrote:Type eject in a terminal as user not root.
I tried it first though without mounting and the button worked fine ejecting the tray.
I went into simple burn again but the durn thing greys out my individual .wavs and wants a whole folder.
Folder has too many files to sit on cd so it is a guess on how many music files to drag and drop in rox into
a new directory to get onto a 700MB cd. I was burning Divinyls since Christie passed away for my ol lady.
Edit again: Eject button works again after using eject command in terminal. I guess one needs to mount and then use
eject like D.O. and Anti said.
