It should work, as long as you are using antiX-M7, but there is also the option in the installer to save home directory.
Many have done this on Mepis so it should work in antiX. Save data, just in case.

What version of antiX do you have?

Edit: I see you have antiX-M7 Lysistrata. The only difference in the home folder between M7 and M7.01 is in the fluxbox menu and the .Xdefault file to make calculator look a bit prettier.
