I downloaded it at once and made a try. __{{emoticon}}__
It is nice that there was Japanese improvement. __{{emoticon}}__
succeed MX; of the issue of keyboard was improved.
Even this is considerable progress! __{{emoticon}}__
The meta package remains conventional.
I want to change the package partly with MX.
This is because"Fcitx" is recommended in substitution for"iBus" in Input method in the case of testing(jessie).
I want to adjust this later.
In addition, this correspondence seems to be forgotten:
error-of-japanese-translation-t5102.html
I am exciting at antiX! __{{emoticon}}__

There are still quite a few bugs especially regarding translations, but I'll upload a new metapackage installer sometime to fix the Japanese/Chines/Korean input. (I though I had it fixed, but .. oh well)

a menu that updates on INSTALL! Yay!
is there an app for adding to the personal menu (I see there is an Update Personal and Update Global Menu choices). What's the process?

I don't know what the settled name of the app is, I have yet to download a copy of alpha 2, but it should be part of the new add-desktop script. As the location choice choose personal or task centric menu. Update Personal is for updating / reloading the personal menu. Update Global is for updating / reloading the main applications menu

Also try pci=noaer, nomsi which you will have to type in yourself.
There could be a boot parameter that fixes this. Try acpi=off from the"F4 Options" menu.james c wrote:Stopped at a blinking cursor and.....Code: Select all

My google-fu must be getting weak....didn't find much other than the boot parameters given earlier.
Seems to be working well on the newer hardware though.
Purely for informational purposes, I just successfully booted an very cut-down version of Ubuntu Precise with the stock k-3.2 kernel on that particular box.
