ISTM there are about half a dozen questions/problems that arise repeatedly in the forums. Here are a few off the top of my head:

• Can't boot the Live media
• Grub problems after install
• No wireless
• Other internet problems
• Problem after a dist-upgrade
• Can't start X-windows
• No sound

I'm sure there are a few more but I think the total number is less than ten.

I've been talking with Dave about making a little pastebin app for antiX that will automatically post the info we need to diagnose certain problems from a list like that above.

We also have stock responses for these problems. Sometimes people are directed to one of D.O.'s great videos. Maybe we could have a locked forum here that has a thread for each of these problems containing the stock response to the problem. Once the pastebin app is complete, the final suggestion in the stock response would be to run the pastebin app, select problem XXXX, and then post the pastebin url in the forums.

I think most people would be able to fix their problem just by using the stock answers. One of the great things about this approach is that some people won't even need to log in to the forums in order to resolve their issue. People who need more help can run the pastebin app and post the URL here.
