Many years ago I used to use xcdroast but am having a bit of trouble with it. It has to be setup as root before a user can run it but when running as root I get this message:
Any ideas how to get past this.** (xcdroast:5891): WARNING **: Failed to access cdrecord. Please check the permissions and ownership of /usr/bin/cdrecord
Alternatively any hand-holding on using a command line burner like mp3roast, especially looking at disk space would be welcome!
