I can find no documentation that provides me with a wat - taht actually works - to copy and paste in wterm. I check wterm.org, as well as various resources on rxvt. Nothing I found worked for me.
Any suggestions?

In all X window terminals I've used highlighting a line/block copies to clipboard, and then either middle button or Shift+Insert pastes. What I haven't seen however is a way of copying between terminal and say a proper X app (i.e. from rxvt to opera / iceweasel / leafpad etc).

Didn't work for me.
In wterm, middle-click caused the wterm window to minimize. (I tried both inside the terminal window and on the borders; same result.)
In other apps, middle-click eother opened a new tab, or did nothing, Also, Control-V pastes whatever was last copied by Control-C - not what was highlighted in wterm,

As an example wterm to leafpad.
Highlight the text in wterm, open leafpad, middle click in the text are of leafpad.
Or the other way around.
