This is what i have done so far.
1 reinstalled drivers for the card.
2 Open Wicd preferences and type into wireless blank box wlan0 and close preferences and hit the refresh button.
3 Checked Network Interfaces (ceni) not showing.
This is the hardware:
Network: Card-1: Realtek RTL-8185 IEEE 802.11a/b/g Wireless LAN Controller
IF: N/A state: N/A mac: N/A
I don't know what happened, It was working.
Is there a configuration file to check for the interface?

I know it's not the card it self. I just plugged into another computer, and It's working great.

Usually with this card the drivers have been a problem with Linux.
That's why I reinstalled the drivers, when It was not working.

After talking to my Grandson, I think he may have removed the the Network interface for the card.
Now I need to know how to get it restored.
