Have just re-installed antiX 16.2 - previous install was in July, but I went to MX shortly after. Whereas on previous install was able to connect with Talktalk easiy, this time ran into problem in that apparently it now requires encryption, for which I must supply a key. Clicking on the network's Properties in Wicd, I'm taken to a menu which offers a selection of encryption types, from which I have chosen WPA 1/2 which I believe to be correct. But what is my key? I've tried the router pwd, to no avail. Should I be asking my ISP, or am I simply missing something?

It seems antiX 16.2 has much more intelligence than me. I performed the troubleshooter's favourite solution - close down and switch on again - and now I'm connected. In the meantime I'd had a look in the router, and maybe the answer was there but it doesn't matter now. Administrators: please feel free to erase this question, although it's just possible someone else might get caught.
