Hello there. I would like to install clamav:
========= SCRAPER REMOVED AN EMBEDDED LINK HERE ===========
url was:"http://downloads.sourceforge.net/clamav/clamav-0.95.2.tar.gz"
linktext was:"http://downloads.sourceforge.net/clamav ... 5.2.tar.gz"

" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false which is the latest stable release. Problem is that when I do ./configure I get messages like: configure: error: Please install zlib and zlib-devel packages .
I try to install those packages with apt-get install zlib, but I get message that this package is not being found... How can I build programs? What packages ALL do I need to install for this to happen?
Thanx in advance.
P.S. Keep up the good work.

The package names vary with the different distros. When that happens again, you can open Synaptic and search for the package and you'll find the precise name Debian (and antiX) uses for it.
