Please do not flame me for this but it seems Ubuntu is the only Debian variant to have Firefox 3.5*> . I want to know how I can get FF 3.5* on my Antix box. any reason, repositories, .deb files will be apreciated.

Iceweasel (Debian's Firefox) 3.5 is in the unstable repos. You may thus upgrade it but I rather recommend that you remove --purge Iceweasel and install Swiftfox:
add the repo line in /etc/apt/sources.list

deb http://getswiftfox.com/builds/debian unstable non-free
then, as root

apt-get purge iceweasel && apt-get update && apt-get install swiftfox-i686
*replace swiftfox-i686 for the proper package for your CPU architecture*
