What determines if a webcam can have hd videos? I'm looking into buying a lenovo y570 and it comes with an integrated 2.0mp webcam which is superior to most other integrated webcams but I'm unable to find any info on whether this webcam can have HD video chats. Does the mp have anything to do with the webcam's ability to shoot HD video?

2 MP should be at least 720p capable. Not 1080 though.
