I am just looking for an app. that displays basic weather information (similar to Liquid weather if possible). I don't want to install Liquid Weather because of all the KDE and Superkaramba dependencies that come with it. Is there any app for this that is extremely light and quick that is tailored for the lightweight fluxbox desktop?

I use weather bug. It's a firefox addon that sits at the bottom of the Iceweasel window.

You can also set conky up to display local weather.

Cool, I appreciate it. Anyone know of any that sit in the Fluxbox panel?
