Hello there. I tried to install ISO into vmware or vbox session. but it stopped allways at the same point with message: can't find antiX file system. I configured as System: Linux 2.6
I tried aintiX-M8.5-686
Maybe the wrong ISO file for Intel Core 2 GHz ?
I want to use it on an old PC with PIII, 650 MHz with 512 MB RAM (FSC).

Livecd should get you to a gui desktop (icewm) where you can use the gui installer. (root password is root)

If you're just testing it to see if you like it and intend to later on install it to the PIII, actually you can use the 686 version.
