Would anyone know of free software that will enable me to put more than one video onto a dvd?

I guess you can drag and drop mutiple videos (.mkv, avi, mp4) using K3B GUI before burning a project. But won't XFBurn do the same for you?

Google"sequential writing movies to dvd in linux" is my suggestion.

I looked at the install file and it says:
To install DVDStyler simply drop it in your Application folder.

Where is my Application folder? Please.

You sound like you are trying to download and install the exe version of dvdstyler.

Installing and configuring wine in MX-14 is required for that I would think. There is a source file at sourceforge to complie dvdstyler from source.
But the package build-essentials is required for source packages in MX-14.

I'd leave dvdstyler alone if I was you because their deb package link says

+

So they are not even building comaptible debain .debs anymore. Just Window exe.

But if you wanna play. Like I do. Not afeared of breaking stuff.
dvdstyler_2.9.2-dmo1_i386.debCrossplatform DVD Authoring System
Install it from this page. Pick the Jessie one. Not Sid.

Edit: otherwise show us the link to what you downloaded. With a good description of what file you grabbed and are trying to run.

My bad.
Install Howto

Add the following line to / etc/apt/sources.list:

deb

linktext was:"http://www.deb-multimedia.org"

jessie main

Update the package index:

# sudo apt-get update

Install GPG key of the repository:

# sudo apt-get install deb-multimedia-keyring

Install dvdstyler deb package:

# sudo apt-get install dvdstyler
Uncomment .deb-multimedia in your sources list. apt-get update first. Then install dvdstyler that way. Then comment out .deb-multimedia. apt-get update again. That way you won't break anything. Reason is. Leaving deb-mutimedia enabled breaks stuff in AntiX and MX-14.

@ Jerry. Does MX-14 have any dvdstyler packages in Mepis CR repos? I will check I guess.

Yep. They do. Hold off Jonesy till some better minds than mine tell you where to go from here and install DVDStyler the MX-14 way properly.
So don't do anything till others say something.

I've never installed/used DVDStyler, but I see that it can be installed using MX Package Installer, so that's what I would use.

Just thought i'd let you know that i tried to install DVDStyler via synaptic and when i clicked on Apply to begin the installation process was:
Could not apply changes!
Fix broken packages first.
So this old fool not having a clue how to fix broken packages took kmathern's advice and installed DVDStyler from there and it worked a treat.

Just like to say a big thank you to rokytnji, fatmac and kmathern for all their help and advice.
