topic title: Update Adobe Flash Player in Chromium

Hello Everyone

I am running AntiX-14.04 and i use the Chromium web browser to access the internet. The only problem i have is that i am being informed to update Adobe Flash in Chromium. When i visit the Adobe Flash Player site there are some options and too be honest i'm lost. So could someone explain how i might do this please.

issue this from a root terminal:

update-flashplugin-nonfree --install
