I couldn't get to it either, but Part 2 was a direct copy of parts of a BBC program (from what I was able to learn.) If someone claims copyright infringement, YT usually shuts down the video, even IF THE VIDEO DOES NOT BELONG TO THE COMPLAINTANT.
