Hello again!

I was trying to open up Synaptic Package Manager but it would not.

Applications > Applications > System > Package Management > Synaptic Package Management.

Then it asks for my root password. My desktop blinks but not package manager opens.

I have not yet updated my system after installtion since I'm afraid that it might upgrade my kernel too. Something that I don't want as of the moment.

Any ideas? Thanks! __{{emoticon}}__
