The package sudoku-savant is not in debian, my guess is that it is installed via alien.
So my question"how to remove it".
And why would you ship an iso with that?

It is part of antix-goodies .deb package.

You can just delete it from /usr/local/bin.

I had got it originally from slitaz, (an older version).

The one available in the repo is version antix-goodies_0.2.1.6.

latest version to be uploaded is version antix-goodies_0.2.1.7 with copyright added and some 'goodies' removed.

See here for tarballs

Hmmm ok I do not want to loose all this scripts.
If I rm /usr/local/bin/sudoku-savant would if there is a new version of the antix-goodies the next dist-upgrade pull it back in?

Yes it will, unless I remove it from the package.

thank for the fast help.
I am using antix m12 on a usb stick and upgraded to sid.
I like antix because it is fast, light and perfect for a rescue stick.
Thanks

Enjoy antiX, but do remember antiX-12 hasn't released a final yet. There are still some bugs in the test/pre-final versions. (Hopefully not too serious, but I hope an apt-get update && apt-get dist-upgrade doesn't break it)
