i press quit in pidgin and when i right click on the desktop to open fluxbox, antix gone in to ctrl+alt+f1 (cli mode?) then it loaded the slim. when i login back again no net !? after restart still no net. i shut down and after i booted antix again the net worked. i had transmission and pidgin opened. this thing with cli mode and slim or cli mode and restart it happened to me in antix 7.5 test 1 and 2,twice, but beeing a newbie i presumed i pressed some key combination. this time i only used the mouse.

It sounds like X is crashing and restarting. You may want to look through the logs and maybe dmesg.
