OK when I boot up I get a stupid Yankee flag on the task-bar, which after a minute changes to an equally stupid British flag.

So is there any way I can replace all stupid flags with a Gadsden Flag? That's the one that says"Don't tread on me" in case you didn't know.

Starting with the US flag is a know bug. If you type anything in a terminal (or maybe elsewhere) it gets changed to the correct one.

The flag images are under /usr/share/fbxkb/images/.

Of course!

Make sure your Gadsden flag is 60x40 and saved as a gb.png and us.png file.

Copy them to /usr/share/fbxkb/images

Reboot (Maybe a logout is enough)

Alternatively, if you don't like any stinkin' flag in the toolbar, turn it off in etc/desktop-session/startup
