paste works as long as the original source is opened, because antix doesn't have clipboard manager.

Where are you pasting to in Dillo?

You can copy/paste an url from iceape into the top url line of Dillo and into the search feature.

at the moment i'm not on that system but as i remember i tried to copy some lines from the forum(from iceape) and paste them to the"reply" box which i had opened in dillo.

i also tried to copy a url from iceape and paste it to the"new station" tab of goggles.

Do you have a middle button on your mouse (or the wheel)? If you have then use that for the paste part.
If not, you have to simultaneously click right and left buttons for it to paste.

You may want to install parcellite. It is a small and light clipboard manager.

drg, yes it is. I just did it. (I have parcellite installed, though I don't think it is needed).

I just highlighted the text, opened leafpad, and middle clicked the mouse (wheel) and bingo!
