I had the same problem with my other installation:

After to change the repositories I can update my system.

This:

Code: Select all

deb http://ftp.de.debian.org/ jessie/updates main contrib non-free
for this one:

Code: Select all

deb http://security.debian.org/ jessie/updates main contrib non-free

Something is bad with Smxi
14) Where can I post problems/bugs? 15) smxi / sgfxi / svmi had an error, what do I do? 16) Are there manuals for smxi/sgfxi? 17) How are the scripts licensed (GPL, etc)? 18) smxi/sgfxi cannot locate any /boot/grub/ config files unable to continue

I have no problemo with that bro. If you get a fix. Be sure and include it in this thread with details.
It is how I roll here on this forum. I just figured you did not know about what what I posted.
Sooo, I let you know. __{{emoticon}}__

Yes, i agree.
I posted to report something similar during v15 betatesting (antiX doesn't have the /etc/issue or somesuch file that smxi is expecting to find)
and, as a user/tester, I'm not empowered to make whatever decisions/changes are necessary to resolve the error.

Whatever changes are, eventually, made... your report, Aleph, will let fellow users who have not yet upgraded to a prospective"now working"
version of smxi package know"okay, so I'm not the only one having this problem".

@Aleph:

I have the same laptop and I planning to install Antix 15 on it.
How do you install the wifi drivers ?

Thanks

@equimanthorn antiX15 installed the drivers properly out of the box. Any problem with wifi drivers here.

I only had problems with the kernel, I had to install the old 3.7.10-antix.7 kernel, now in the repositories.

You can read the threat here:
