im trying to figure out how remaster.sh works. it took me a while to figure out that i had to recreate the cd-image to an iso (i think i used
dd if =/dev/cdrom of=antix.iso, or something similar).
So i finally could run remaster.sh on that iso got an remastered result. But it didnt booted. Mhh, what to do?
I read about problelms with squash-version in the kernel and squashfs-tools dissonance, so i used the liquorix kernel (didnt work like expected, as it is lenny-rep).
I upgraded to squeeze, but the 2.6.30-kernel didnt finish the boot.
In the meantime i got a weird error bout dpkg returning an error-code due to install-info (i did this and that, finally i removed a line from /etc/environment -> Language and could install install-info) and am updating atm (i added the sid-repos).
Long story, and big muddle (on my side), but i only got a simple question:
Will i be able at all to make use of remaster.sh in antiX 7.5. If yes with which kernel and with which repos.
It seems to be amazing.
several problems, main is remaster.sh
