Hello:
I recently changed the monitor that came with my Dell desktop to an Acer X203H LCD monitor. It's got a maximum resolution of 1600x900, which is pretty nice. However, I can't seem to get that level of resolution. Using Antix CC, it says that it's set at 1280x1024, and the dimensions look odd to be (somewhat strecthed out).

How do I get Antix to either recognize the new monitor or force it to the max resolution? Download additional drivers or fix xorg.conf?

Solved, thanks to Anti's suggestion. I copied the xorg.conf file from 8.5-beta3 and now I can choose the max resolution.
