Good news, folks. Flashblock is compatible with Seamonkey/Iceape. It doesn't show up in the add-ons page but it can be installed from

(version 1.3.16).

Also a page with Firefox extensions modified to work with SM/IA:

Thanks Bro. On another note since this for tips. I upgraded flash to File name: libflashplayer.so
Shockwave Flash 10.1 r53

from

I did it by downloading the linux 32 bit tar file to /home/Downloads

extracting libflashplayer.so in there first

open pcmanfm as root

went to /usr/lib/flashplugin-nonfree

cut and pasted old libflashplayer.so to my homemade /home/Backups directory/folder

cut and pasted new libflashplayer.so from /home/Downloads to /usr/lib/flashplugin-nonfree

Restarted Iceape and checked Help>About Plugins to make sure it made it.
Google-Chrome which I also use picked up this change also automatically.

Thanks, roky, but there's a simple way to keep it updated: remove flashplugin-nonfree and install flashplayer-mozilla. The latter is a package from debian-multimedia.org and is always up-to-date.
