I like the Image it has a lot of realistic meaning it looks like people are alive, but throughly not really living. The upper side of the body is death, skeleton which could signify mental death while their body look alive. The whole concept to me is a mechanical physical body with no much brain activity.

This image as none realistic it looks like it may mean a lot more than what it really looks. Nice image!
