Is that firefox or iceweasel?

Looks good, I like the colours you use.

I've been using antiX-beta1 with sid with only one problem. I cannot upgrade to the latest xorg as it breaks my nvidia and the one from nvidia won't compile properly, so I have had to keep it on hold.

But antiX plus sid is very fast and stable.

Just noticed: Have you commented out the Mepis repo (and debian testing ones)?

It's Firefox.
I erased mepis repos and testing, i figured if i'm going to Sid i don't need them. Changed the sources.list and did an update/dist-upgrade to Sid.

my sources.list:

PS: i've had no problems with xorg 1:7.3+2 , just using icewm and ratpoison, most of the guys having this problen in another forum are kde/gnome users.

Ahh, sorry, didn't realize that; i got a cheapo SiS integrated video card with a 1.6 ghz processor (second hand box an ex-pat sold me, he bought it at Walmart a while back). But hey, i added an extra 256 mb of ram and it flies __{{emoticon}}__

Yippeeeeeee

I now have nvidia and fully dist-upgraded sid working now on antiX (with a little help from the smxi script used in sidux to get nvidia working).

It does seem faster.
