This program enables users to configure default Qt5 settings (theme, font, icons, etc.) under various DE/WMs
It's not in debian repositories.
source package (tar.bz2) downloadable from sourceforge is only 55Kb (and contains translation files)

I'm suggesting that this would probably be a welcome addition to antiX and MX (controlCentre)
