To create Swift Linux, I use the antiX Linux remastering script (with modifications).
Everything works fine out-of-the-box when I boot up the live CD.
However, I'm having problems after I install Swift Linux to the hard drive. The problems:
1. Conky does not show up at all when i boot up after installation UNTIL I go to Desktop -> Settings -> Conky on/off. Even adding"killall conky" right before"conky &" in the IceWM startup script doesn't fix the problem. This isn't a problem in the live CD. When I boot up with the live CD, Conky works fine out-of-the-box. Adding
2. The Applications section of the menu does not work after installation UNTIL I go to Desktop -> IceWM -> Update Menu (Auto). Until I take this step, the sub-menus Accessories, Games, Graphics, etc. do NOT show up. Even calling the auto-icewm-menu.sh script in the IceWM startup script does not fix this problem. In the live CD, the Applications section works fine right out of the box.
