Hello everybody
I installed Abiword and Ristretto. They don't appear in Fluxbox menu. It's not pleasant and I must use another method to start them.
I didn't have this problem when I installed Synaptic,Thunar and aMSN.
Another (light !) problem : a half of everything is in English : half of fluxbox menu, Iceweasel (the default orthographic correction is English), Abiword, etc...
Can you help me please ? Thanks

Pierre:
The Fluxbox menu (or Icewm menu) can be configured to display and start applications you add. In full Antix, you can edit the menu by clicking Settings>Control Center>Edit Fluxbox Settings and then click on Menu. The syntax is pretty simple, for example
exec (abiword) {abiword}
Usually, apps you add will also show up under Full Fluxbox in the fluxbox menu (at least in the full antix version).
If for some reason you can't do this from control center (or maybe there's no control center in antix base; not sure about this), you can always edit the menu file directly
leafpad .fluxbox/menu
I hope this helps.

It's done for the menu, thanks ! For the language, I didn't take the precaution installing the distrib in French, if it exists.
Do you know any method ?
Thanks !

I'm not sure if this will fix your problem, but you might want to configure antix for French.
In a terminal, as root, type:
dpkg-reconfigure locales
add French (if you haven't done so already).
I hope this helps.

iceweasel-l10n-fr
and the same for icedove, firefox and thunderbird of course
When it is installed, it transforms itself into an extension in the"language" tab in"adds-on".
Reboot the program or maybe the system, I don't remember. It has no immediate effect.
