topic title: Positioning the panel in MX-15

I'm running MX-15. Is there a way to put the panel on the bottom of screen? It only goes to left or top of screen now. And there is two settings for the left edge panel. What is the difference?

It is extremely easy to do so.
As shown in our fine manual, 3.2.10 - panel orientation:
