Is there a way to position the window location. I don't like it at the top left. I would like it at bottom center if possible.

In fluxbox, yes. In icewm, not that I know of.

The winoptions file can be used to define the appearance of X applications like on which desktop they should appear, if should have a border, menu, titlebar, etc.
