Sorry for my english, I'm french....
I have to update Flash. => errors messages (too old, security...)
In the flash download page I have to choice
- YUM
- tar gz for others versions
- RPM
- APT

???? What do I download and how to install please ?

Do this instead. Type in a root terminal:

update-flashplugin-nonfree -vi

I do not hunderstand for the moment but
