Decided to do a Fresh install on /dev/sdb1 of AntiX 8.5 today/ Left /dev/sda1 alone with AntiX 8.2 and a couple of Puppy distros alone so far.

If you decide to format sda1 it won't touch the MBR, so no problem.
edit- I've settled down with the ultrablack theme too for icewm and been keeping one of sakasa's pictures (I have a different, nice look in my other antix, with impuwatt's antiX Red theme).

Minimal Conky setup on the new 8.5 Final install on the IBM A22 Laptop. Gonna impress the back woods bikers here in town with it (all Windows users). Using retro theme. It matches the conky bar IMO.
