What would I have to do to get Norwegian added to the default locales, perhaps for a future release?

Norwegian is included in the next release. The fluxbox/icewm menu has been translated into Norwegian, as has some (though not all) of the antiX scripts eg antiX control centre. Where the apps have been translated, they should also appear in Norwegian.
Now I know there are 2 types of Norwegian, nn and no (as shown in locales). Which is the one you want, or both?
antiX uses this, Bokmål
Is this corrrect?

Yes.
most people want this.
Nynorsk, nn, is also official language, it was constructed from dialects in the 19th century.

May I ask which config file this is from?
I don't recognize it.
And why is the us keyboard there?

It is from live init scripts (it is removed on install). The US is there so users can toggle (if they want) from langX to langY.
