I cannot find control center after default installation of antix mx-14.
Installed all gnome-control-center and other 3 control-center packages.

the antiX control center is not present in MX (its not fully appropriate for XFCE). However, there is the Settings Manager, found in the settings menu. See the attached screen shots.
