I am from Romania, internet provider RCS & RDS, and whenever i boot live from my newly downloaded antix cd i can't find no ADSL PPPOE connection commands where they should be, as directed in the FAQ answers.

My guess is that you have no suport for romanian providers and this is why i get no menu and command. Can i make my internet connection with antix or mepis 8 (same problem wiht that one too)?

Open a terminal and enter

su -c pppoeconf

The application should be on the disk, but it has to be run as root.
