antiX is now using these repositories.
The existing/old ones will still work, but the new ones will be the default for antiX-17 stretch.

# Use with Debian Stable/stretch repositories. Set as default for antiX-17. Note new repos

Hopefully, at some point, the mirrors will pick up the new stretch one.

NOTE REPO IS SET TO STRETCH

FOR antiX-16 jessie, use the following.

# Use with Debian jessie repositories. Set as default for antiX-16.

Are Dave's servers now out of scope for both antiX and MX? I think that the keyring on one of the servers he was providing is out of date, and I'm guessing it'll go off-line. Also, are the repos you list here complete for anything we need for either distribution, or do these apply exclusively to antiX?

If using MX, keep the old antiX repos. They will be supported until end of life of jessie (unless Dave says else wise)

Actually the old repo addresses point to the new repos so it does not make any difference which are used.
Just taking advantage of having an official name for antix.

So you should be able to use

========= SCRAPER REMOVED AN EMBEDDED LINK HERE ===========
url was:"http://repo.antixlinux.com/"
linktext was:"http://repo.antixlinux.com/"
====================================

or

========= SCRAPER REMOVED AN EMBEDDED LINK HERE ===========
url was:"http://repo.antixlinux.org/"
linktext was:"http://repo.antixlinux.org/"
====================================

or

They are all the same place just different names

I use MX14.4 on a Dell Inspiron 910 (not many GB to spare). Hadn't used it for a while, then when I went to do so I used Synaptic to get the updates. It seems to get some, at least - but if I click on Reload this error message results:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
W: A error occurred during the signature verification. The repository is
not updated and the previous index files will be used. GPG error:

I've checked in the repo list, which I've never altered, and right at the top is

url was:"http://antix.daveserver.info/stable/"
linktext was:"http://antix.daveserver.info/stable/"
====================================
(Distro = stable, Section = main)

Not sure what to do. FWIW, the system tells me I have the latest keyring.
Any advice welcome.

Indeed it did. No.1, the Synaptic option, I couldn't get to work as I could find no option to update the repos. I'd already tried No.3, without success. No.2, MX apt-notifier, was a new one on me but it found good GPG signatures. After that, it was only a case of antix-archive-keyring being upgraded and now all's well.

Thanks very much!
