Yeah, that's for sure. In this day and age, that modest growth is reasonable. However, Linus Torvalds, when he looks at today's kernel, considers the thing big and bloated, and in some senses, it is. What else works on hand held devices all the way up to super computer systems? (If anything, I'd argue the overall use cases are not as significant and complete as they are with the Linux kernel, and for our space - the low RAM, aging systems, this software is about the most reasonable compromise that I've seen; it's my favorite, in any case!
