Many thanks to all who contributed: Gordon with the pdf and Lyx, SilverBear with the css for the html, all the incredible reviewers of the alpha version (I am somewhat embarassed at what was in it), and everybody who helped with the screen shots. Great Community effort!
Between now and the release of MX-15 in a couple of months, a lot of revisions will have to be made as we move to Jessie, new artwork, Xfce 4.12, etc. But we are now in a terrific position to get that work done at a reasonable pace.
