I've been experimenting with antiX-12. When I boot it from the live CD, my PS/2 mouse works fine. However, when I boot it from the iso file on the hard disk, by adding some additional lines to my existing grub menu.lst, as described on the antiX home page, the mouse doesn't work. Usually there is not even a mouse pointer on the screen. Sometimes, a mouse pointer appears in the middle of the screen when I press the Windows key to pop up the programs menu, but moving the mouse doesn't move the pointer. I've tried adding pci=irqmask=0x0e98 to the boot options but that doesn't help. Any suggestions?

Are the boot options the same in live cd as when booting from hard disk?

I noticed that the live CD was adding noxorg to the boot options. I tried adding that to the boot options when booting from the .iso on the hard disk and now the mouse works. Thanks.
