I installed Fluxbundu, and tried to live with it: No way! Ugly theme& wallpaper, not familiar programs to me, something unready feeling all the time, slow and not so easy to use...

Well, in latest AntiX i feel like i´m in home.

Well, one question: It there any Mepisrepos to Opera? Easiest way to install and update with apt-get...

From Finland, with love

Welcome to antiX higgins __{{emoticon}}__

People are running opera from the web-site, debian-testing version.

I guess you are using Lysistrata, so try the one from the opera site.

I actually have the 9.50 beta1 on my antiX (debian sid upgraded) box and it works very well.

add one of these to your synaptic repositories......

deb

etch non-free
deb

sid non-free

reload the repositories and then either search for opera or install via terminal
i.e., apt-get install opera

If you use sid you might want to uncheck it in synaptic after you're done

Very fast answer( i´m impressed, you are very fast, anticapitalista& kernel). Opera is running smoothly, very fine.

Only question? Hot to put Opera to the menu, i opened it by typing opera to terminal. In terminal: update- menu or menu- update didn´t help...

Raining, +3,6 degrees celsius, time 23.52 , Gary Moore in concert in telly, and last bier opened, not so bad...

It's very easy. Here we go.

Open

Menu>Fluxbox>File Editing>Menu

Paste this on a line where you want it.

[exec] (Opera) {opera}

Last beer? Quick get some more!
