Could someone help me out here please. When i try to burn a video file to a dvd the following message appears:
Quicktime demuxer is missing?
You do not have a decoder installed to handle this file.
Probably you need to look at the gst-plugins-packages for the necessary plugins?

I only remember needing files that ended dev in the end of the name in synaptic package manager to burn dvds in xfburn in Mx-14. Not sure about good, bad and ugly gstreamer stuff. I made sure all those were there.
On gst plugins I made sure the one ending with dev was installed.
Then everything started working OK. Sorry I cannot be more clear. On this AntiX netbook. I have no mechanical drive like cd or dvd to check with right now.
Maybe another member can weigh in better on this than I.
