impuwat - a lovely theme. any chance of porting it to fluxbox? If so, this would be a wonderful setup in a future antix release - matching themes in icewm and fb. Thanks.

Here is an IceWM theme to complement the Mira GTK. It works very well with other GTK themes as well if that's too much black for you. __{{emoticon}}__
You can download it at

There are several oddities because of the complex pattern but it is rapidly becoming a favorite of mine.

Thanks. I'm not sure about the fluxbox port. With the transparency and the way flux handles pixmaps I'm not optimistic about it. I will check it out though.
What would really be sweet is a window manager where you could adjust the transparency in the particular theme config file. Then you could create themes with varying degrees (from none to nearly full) of transparency.

I discovered by accident a necessary GTK engine for this theme is pixbuf. Sen7 did not list this as a requirement but I noticed something seemed a little flat. apt-get install gtk2-engines-pixbuf makes this theme come alive! Check out the difference in scrollbars, buttons, etc. in this screenshot compared with the screenie above. This also makes the theme more visible with subtle shading in different areas. This is truly an outstanding look if you like dark themes.

There's a good chance that the pixbuf engine will be included on the next release.
