live with persistence what does that refers to?

As I remmber about 8.5 it created persistence on sda2 when I did a frugal install on sda3

or if I installed it frugal on sda2 then it placed the persistence file on sda1 instead.

So now in 11 does it put the persistence file inside the directory antiX-11 that I place on NTFS formatted internal HDD on sda3 as I hope it should?

I am not new in the sense of having done"real" computers since at least 1985 or so but I am totally new in that my poor brain fail to remember things well enough to be reliable and I fail to write down things due to no patience doing such things. ADHD makes me very confused and all over the place. Sad fact indeed.

I don't ntfs/do windows. That is just a given. Bad enough it PMO that I have to use Windows to tune new Harley Davidsons.
