topic title: Linux/Open Source job search?

I have been doing a lot of thinking and want to find out some information about a career doing something related to Linux/Open Source/Free Software. I love working on computers... but not in a Windows world. I work as a System Admin for a Medical Association and we are a strictly Windows shop. I just feel that I would enjoy working on or around computers more if I could somehow relate it to Linux and/or the Linux community, or just Open Source in general. The thing is, I am NOT a coder. I do not code at all nor do I want to. I have above average technical abilities relating to computer hardware repair, I can learn systems pretty well fairly quick, and I have about 2-3 years of Linux experience running every distro under the sun. Here are a few qualifications I possess that may or may not benefit me with this:

1. Fairly technical person
2. Associates Degree from Penn State in IS
3. Bachelors Degree from DeVry in IT
4. About two years professional IT experience ( I am only 23 years old)
5. Pretty good at documentation
6. 2-3 years Linux experience


Not sure what I would look for or if anything even exists. Just kind of wanted to get some feedback on this and see what other people in the Linux community had to say. Any type of constructive criticism welcome. I appreciate all of the feedback!
