well beats me. Ive tried enabling experimental, running the commands to upgrade. disabled wheezy and testing and enabling unstable. not sure what else to do.

okay goodnight but I fixed it. I didn't have to disable anything just enabling unstable worked.

well I have libc6-2.17 installed now and after all that the guest additions didn't build lol.

interesting. I installed the Linux 3.9.2 kernel and the guest additions do work with that.
