ok, so i`ve been trying to set antiX keyboard layout to br-abnt2. I followed instructions and ended up adding this to the keyboard file
XKBMODEL="microsoft4000"
XKBLAYOUT="br"
XKBVARIANT="abnt2"
XKBOPTIONS=""

it worked all right. However, everytime i run Terminal, the layout is changed to US and the only way i can set it back to br-ABNT2 is restarting the system.

One other issue is this: i found on several links some lists of shortcuts, one of them is supposed to be Ctrl+Alt+d to minimize all windows. However it doesnt work that way for me. That shortcut will open synaptic package manager
Is there a way i can customize shortcuts? i`ve been unable also to have the keyboard volume keys working, even thought i set the keyboard to be microsoft 4000.
